Asseco Solutions, a.s. is the name of a new business entity – a multinational producer of company information systems (Enterprise Resource Planning Systems – ERP systems), which is coming into being as of 1 July 2009 thanks to the integration of two leaders of the national industry markets, the Slovak company DATALOCK and its Czech counterpart LCS International. The implementation of the Helios Orange information system was successfully finished at the important domestic company Dvořan IZOLMONT Bzenec in March 2009. Helios Green Version 42 by LCS, an information system for large-scale companies, in late January 2009 successfully passed an exacting test by the company Lionbridge again. This fact confirmed that the system complies with the criteria for the Microsoft program “Platform Test for ISV Solutions”. Meeting all the requirements of the test checked technologic abilities, one-hundred-percent compatibility and openness of the system on the Microsoft platform. Prague, 3 March 2009 – The Central-European ICT group ASSECO announced the 2008 economic results today. Asseco Slovakia together with Asseco Czech Republic, LCS International, Datalock and their daughter companies reached according to the international accounting standards IFRS the consolidated revenues of almost SKK 4,55 billion (EUR 148 million), which is an eighty-percent increase in comparison with the previous year. Besides this the Group reached almost a double net profit in the year-to-year comparison. Its amount totalled SKK 419 million (EUR 14 million). more »
