The implementation of the Helios Orange information system was successfully finished at the important domestic company Dvořan IZOLMONT Bzenec in March 2009. The company is engaged in construction insulations of flat and sloping roofs, bottom buildings and chemical insulations, furthermore in carpenter´s work, roofer´s work and sheet metalling of buildings.
IZOLMONT belongs to the largest and longest-active suppliers in the field of a so-called „turnkey roof“. It is a member of the Guild of Tinsmiths, Roofers and Carpenters, holder of a lot of industry certificates and also of the Certificate of the Quality Management System in compliance with the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.
For its activities the company used to utilize an economic system and at the same time services of an external company which provided it with accounting and payroll management for several years. However the existing system did not handle the issue of retained fees (so-called completion bonds), which soon proved to be a substantial problem. There was the doubling of data which had already been entered into the system and the work with resource data was not performed. It was also impossible to monitor the economic data according to the centers or divisions in detail.
In view of the above the IZOLMONT corporate management decided to open a tender to acquire an ERP system, in which participated three system producers. Although one of them was advantageous as for the price, it did not offer the submitter an optimum functionality. Therefore the tender was won by the Helios Orange system by LCS just because of the fact that it did feature the optimum functionality.
„The principal reasons for choosing the Helios system?“ recollects Martina Sečkařová, IZOLMONT Legal Executive and Economist. „We got convinced above all by the references from the building industry and simultaneously by a direct reference from the company SP Servis. A better manageability than to which we were used was important for us too and our attention was drawn by a possibility of a future extension by the fields of transportation, servicing, financial modules – cashflow management, financial analysis… And last but not least there was a nice presentation by the LCS sales force, who came to offer us the system,“ adds Ms. Sečkařová.
The contract was signed in August 2008 and the system implementation started afterwards. It was carried out in a troublefree way and completely finished on 5 March 2009. However the system was regularly started already on 1 January. The reason consisted in the transition to a new accounting period, while the customer emphasized the check of the first wages in February.
Both the corporate management and the staff of IZOLMONT see it clearly already after a relatively short time of handling the new system: it has brought them especially a decrease in administrative work, a closer interconnection between the stock control and accounting, the utilization of already-entered resource documents and a subsequent takeover of the information in other agendas. They also consider a substantial decrease in the error rate to be a great benefit.
Besides the core of the system, whose parts are naturally also the Tools of adaptation, the modules Economy and finance, Business, Customer relations, Human resources and Managerial evaluation are implemented at the company Dvořan IZOLMONT Bzenec at present.
„For a relatively near future we presume the extension of the system by other modules,“ plans Ms. Sečkařová.

The company František Dvořan - IZOLMONT was established in 1993 by its separation of the subject transformed from the former company Stavební izolace Praha. In the first year of activity the company employed 7 workers and reached a turnover of approximately CZK 6,5 million. In 1995 a branch office with a warehouse, workshop and accommodation facilities was established in Prague 4. In 1996 a building in Bzenec was reconstructed, which is now the seat of the company. In 2002 the premises of the company were enlarged by its own area with a warehouse, a tinsmith´s workshop and a building yard. At the end of 2003 the original company František Dvořan – IZOLMONT (natural person) was transformed into the company Dvořan IZOLMONT Bzenec s.r.o. The original firm did not cease to exist, but it handles just the settlement of receivables, liabilities and completion bonds.
At present the company employs 45 qualified workers – carpenters, tinsmiths, insulation specialists, roofers, locksmiths, bricklayers, tilers and painters. Their number increases up to 60 in the high season. Its gross turnover for the last three years reached approximately CZK 223 million. Among the IZOLMONT references can be found both new buildings and reconstructions in the field of civil, appartment and industrial construction. It realizes orders for both public and private investors throughout the Czech Republic. To its greatest customers belong Skanska, Pozemstav Prostějov, Unistav Brno, Horák - Stavební systémy Praha, Rebac Stav s.r.o. Praha, Pozemní stavitelství Hodonín, a great deal of Building and Flat Cooperatives throughout the Czech Republic and others.
In December 2002 the company obtained the Certificate of the Quality Management System in compliance with the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001, issued by the accredited certification body No. 3011 Qualiform a.s., Brno.
