The HELIOS Red economic system is a file/server building block application, created using the Microsoft® Visual Studio™ development environment. The main application source code is written in the Microsoft® Visual FoxPro 9.0™ language, which also uses standard accessible ActiveX component elements.
The application uses the RunTime module of the Microsoft® Visual FoxPro 9.0™ environment and cannot be launched under different versions. During the HELIOS Red application installation, RunTime module DLL libraries are copied to the system directories of the operating system and registered with MS Windows.
An integral part of the application is the features from the Qfoks 6.0 library. All application data is stored in vacant tables (DBF files). Data classification is provided by CDX compound index keys. The application can run on the local disk of a standalone computer or on a shared network drive accessible from multiple workstations.
