General, Licence and Implementation Contract for the delivery of an ERP system based on Helios Green was concluded between the companies ENERGIE AG BOHEMIA and Popron Systems, Asseco Solutions Partner, in April 2011. This contract is intended for daughter companies of ENERGIE AG BOHEMIA - AQUA SERVIS Rychnov nad Kněžnou, Vodovody a kanalizace Beroun, Vodárenská společnost Chrudim and VODOS Kolín.
The acquisition of three companies within less than two months – that is this year´s score of the domestic ERP systems leader, the company Asseco Solutions. Following the recent integration of ARCON Technology, two other renowned software companies became a part of Asseco Solutions in the last days. The agreement with JPN. consulting was signed on 2 April 2012 and with NZ SERVIS two days later.
In the same way as the last two years, the Asseco Solutions Group is presenting economic results as a whole and also separately for the companies Asseco Solutions ČR a Asseco Solutions SR. The new feature consists in the fact that now all the results are related to the HELIOS systems, which is the present name of all the Asseco Solutions products. The year 2011 proved that the unification of the entire product portfolio under a single and well-established brand was a right step, having a positive impact on the sales especially in the Czech Republic, despite the stagnation of the IT market. This all results in the turnover of CZK 611 million and the profit of CZK 39.4 million for the entire Asseco Solutions.
The company KORDÁRNA Plus, a.s. belongs to companies engaged in the production of technical fabrics – and to the worldwide leaders in this field. HELIOS Green information system has been helping its management and staff at all its organizational units since 2001 (at that time the system bore the name LCS Noris). However in 2010 and 2011 the company was undergoing an extensive restructuring – and it goes without saying that the information system had to be among the first elements to react.
Servicing and selling office equipment and computing technology and administering computer networks – these are the core (but not the only) activities of one of the very first clients of the relatively new HELIOS Easy product by Asseco Solutions.
The company SUN Hotels has been present on the gastronomic and accommodation market only since 2005. Nevertheless, within this relatively short time it has succeeded in winning very good reputation with guests, besides others also thanks to a new four-star OLD TOWN Hotel, opened together with Merci restaurant in Francouzská Street in Brno in September 2011. To provide perfect services and to allow the staff to take utmost care of guests, a company naturally needs a support provided by superior and specialized information systems – in case of SUN Hotels these are HELIOS Horec a HELIOS BlueGastro.
Locksmithery, metalworking, production of machinery or cutting by laser – all these activities belong to the activity range of the company Fluokov, which became a customer of the HELIOS Orange information system at the beginning of 2011. An interesting feature of the project lies among others in the fact that a part of the production by Fluokov is intended for one key account, whose specific requirements have to be handled by the system too, which necessitated its particular modifications.
GROUP 4 SECURITAS a.s., one of the first security agencies to emerge in former Czechoslovakia shortly after the revolution of 1989, showed a gigantic growth at the very beginning of its existence. Thanks to this fact it became one of – and still belongs to – the leaders in the field of providing cash and security services in the Czech Republic. In 2006 two independent joint-stock companies came into being, which since November 2010 have been bearing new names - G4S Cash Solutions (CZ), a.s. and G4S Secure Solutions (CZ), a.s. In spring 2011 the company G4S Secure Solutions (CZ), a.s. decided to have the HELIOS Green system implemented and due to this fact it became an Asseco Solutions, a.s. client. The same holds good for the company G4S Cash Solutions, which has been using HELIOS Orange for several years.
Delivery of facilities for vertical depth mining – this is the core business of the company INCO engineering, which became one of the clients of the HELIOS Orange system by Asseco Solutions. The company was established in 1994. Its customers are predominantly foreign companies, especially from Poland and the countries of the former Soviet Union. At present INCO engineering is also expanding onto Asian markets – China, Vietnam, India etc.
The most visited Czech Internet Portal, Seznam.cz, is well-known to all these who seek information, friends or entertainment online. However, a little different kind of information is needed by both the managers and the employees of this company – they need information of a comprehensive company information system which supports the corporate management and company agenda. In view of this Seznam.cz joined the pool of the key accounts of the HELIOS Green information system in 2010.
