For over 30 years, Sykora has been manufacturing and supplying high-quality kitchens and furniture to both domestic and international markets. The company’s steady growth brought a natural requirement for an enterprise information system. According to Iva Janoušková, Head of Systems Support, the company initially utilized software from a smaller regional provider—which had its advantages, but ultimately could not keep pace with Sykora’s ongoing development.
Fourteen years ago, the company therefore transitioned to the Helios Green system, which fulfilled its operational requirements at the time. This was eventually replaced by the newer and, above all, more modern Helios Nephrite.
“To maintain high standards not only in materials and manufacturing, but across all internal company processes, we selected the Helios Nephrite system, which is managed by our implementation partner, Quort System,” adds Janoušková.
Although the system implementation was highly demanding, taking nearly a year and a half due to the complexity of the company’s operations, it paid off. “This system has become one of the cornerstone elements of our company. Most notably, we managed to streamline and optimize the entire process from initial design to manufacturing and final dispatch of a new kitchen, which we are now able to produce within a few days,” adds Jadrníček.
