Abrex has undergone a period of dynamic development. Originally a purely commercial distribution company, it gradually evolved into a fully fledged manufacturer. This transformation brought new requirements for process management, transparent inventory tracking and effective communication between departments.
The original system, used solely for inventory management, was no longer sufficient. The company was also building a new e-commerce store and needed a solution capable of serving a growing customer base while maintaining transparency across the entire organisation.

In 2015, Abrex decided to implement Helios Inuvio, which was already operating successfully within its parent holding company, Unikont Group. It was a logical step, offering standardisation across the group’s companies, direct integration with the online store and, above all, the flexibility to add further modules as the company’s needs evolved.
Today, Helios is an integral part of everyday operations at Abrex. It is used by every employee who works with a computer, from accounting and inventory management to the sales department. Production is currently managed using simpler tools, but the company is considering gradually transitioning this area to Helios as well.
The implementation delivered more than just a new software solution. It prompted the company to analyse and streamline its internal processes.
